Art Deco Racing Posters & Vintage Grand Prix Art
Art deco racing posters and vintage grand prix art from the 1930s: wire-wheeled racers, a crowd at the start line, a pit crew push-start and a silver trophy.
About this collection
These five prints go back to the age of riveted aluminium and leather bonnet straps, when grand prix cars raced through towns and the crowd stood at the edge of the road. There is a portrait of a single racer, a start with the dust rising, a street race between tall old houses, a crew pushing a car into life and the trophy everyone was racing for. For later decades, see the vintage car posters.
Every print is made to order on 200gsm archival matte paper with pigment inks, framed or unframed, with free tracked shipping worldwide. Hung as a set of three or five they tell a whole race day. Most also come as an $8 Print Ready Package; for more early racing history, read how each era shaped the racing car.
