All Montclair Collective posters are printed on demand and made specifically for each order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.
We stand behind the quality of our prints and will resolve any legitimate production issues.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, a replacement will be issued promptly.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because all products are printed on demand, orders enter production quickly.
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Size Responsibility
Please review sizing carefully before purchasing. We provide 29 size options (inches for US & CA, centimeters internationally).

All posters are sold unframed.
Color Variations
We strive for accurate color representation. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and monitor differences. These do not qualify as defects.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
Verified production defects
Items damaged in transit
Incorrect item received
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
