“One small thing, held in focus, is enough.”— Shazard R.
One flower in deep magenta sits low in the frame, with bright green leaves above it and darkness all around. The softness is deliberate: the eye goes straight to the colour.
A small, intimate study that pairs well with Yellow on Dark.

Shazard R.
Shazard R. is a Toronto photographer with fifteen years of professional work behind the camera, most of it in fashion and editorial. Those years built an eye for light, posture and the moment just before or after a pose.
Away from commissions, Shazard's own work leans cinematic: silhouettes held against the last of the light, portraits that read like stills from a film, and quiet studies of the city and its waterfront. The prints in this collection come from that personal archive, each one made to order and signed by hand.
Signé par le photographe. Conservé avec le tirage.
